B. Tapping (From Feeling Fearful to Express Yourself to Feeling Confident, Iconic, and Unstoppable!)
Tapping (otherwise known as EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique) for going from feeling fearful to express yourself to feeling confident, iconic, and unstoppable!
It's recommended to do this technique at least six times but for some people it works as quickly as one! You can repeat cycles if you need to.

- Even though I’m afraid to be seen, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
- Even though I’m afraid to be heard, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
- Even though I’m afraid to fully be myself, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
- Even though I’m afraid to be vulnerable, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
- Even though expressing myself might create conflict (or rejection), I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
And now if you are feeling fear of expressing yourself neutralized, we’ll carry on into the next part. If you can still feel it, feel free to start the process again until it’s minimized or just gone.
- Now that I realize my voice matters, I truly love and accept myself.
- Now that I realize it’s safe to be confident/I’m confident, I truly love and accept myself.
- Now that I realize I’m powerful/I’ve got the power, I truly love and accept myself.
- Now that I realize I’m fearless, I truly love and accept myself.
- Now that I realize I’m iconic, I truly love and accept myself.
- Now that I realize I’m unstoppable, I truly love and accept myself.
